Because life as a great pool player depends on a lot of practise having sponsors is necessary. Between tournaments I work double shifts as a manager in a bar to keep me living and playing pool. It always comes in handy when people in general support me in playing but it would be even better if I had a big sponsor who could make me work less and practise more.
